That’s why we offer a comprehensive service visit for our customers. Our service visits are tailored to your needs, and based on your location we will provide service visits on-site or offer exclusive online training. Our service visits are categorized in Reparation, Modification and/or Installation. Repair We repair any issues that arise, from mechanical components to software. Our experienced technicians will diagnose and repair any issue your carts may be experiencing. The repair service will include the following: Diagnosing the issue, Replacing damaged parts, Testing the system to ensure it is functioning properly, and providing maintenance services to keep the cart running efficiently. For more complex repairs, the service may also include software updates, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting. I Need Reparation Modification Our modification service can help customers alter their already existing carts. We modify your solutions after changing needs. Our modification service provides: Suggestions to improve your existing designs, Implementation of new designs Bringing new parts to the site to suit your alternations Our experienced team can forecast your changing needs and provide suggestions for suitable modifications on-site. I Need Modification Installation Our installation services include our technicians coming to your facility to install the products. This includes setup and configuration, checking the safety, ensuring proper functionality, a detailed report of the installation process, and any suggestions for future improvements. We assess every project individually and offer a suitable quotation. I Need Installation Training In some cases, we won't be able to visit on-site to install your products. This depends on your location, project, and the number of technicians available. For these situations, we offer personal training. This allows you to easily install your solutions in your facilities with personal guidance from our experts. We will take you through the process step by step, to learn about installation, the tools, software systems, how to operate and provide safety instructions.
